EXTRAORDINARY DOGS is edited by local author and pet lover, Joyce Darrell. She founded Pets with Disabilities with her husband, Michael. The organization has been featured on NBC's Today show, as well as in Prevention and Dog Fancy magazines. The couple lives in Prince Frederick, Maryland.
